What is UDYAM (UAM)? When was it established?

• An Udyam registration e-certificate shall be issued online after completing the method of registration and the certificate has been a QR code from Udyam registration portal web page and enterprises details can be accessed.
• This Udyam Registration method is totally free of costs. There is no need to pay any fees to anyone.
• If anyone willfully pretend or try to inhibit the facts of Udyam registrations self-declare part or updation method shall be responsible for such punishment as particular act under 27.
• Government are taking the details of depositing and turnover of enterprises. Exported turnover calculation is not taken. The registration system is united with GSTIN system and Income tax.
• If anyone registered by any authority under the ministry of MSME or EM-II or UAM registrations have to re-register themselves before 31.03.2021.
• Each enterprises can register one file in Udyam registration.

• Pan number is mandatory from 01.04.2021.
